We are never the same as we once were. Life’s seasons and situations shape us, and with each chapter we step into a new version of ourselves—wiser, softer, stronger, always becoming.
My Journey
Hello, I’m Fotini, which means “Light” in Greek—a name that has always felt like a reflection of my soul. From a very young age, I sensed things others couldn’t and was often told I was different, even special. I never understood them, but I knew they were not coincidences. As I grew older, those early experiences only deepened. I’ve always felt protected and guided by something greater—an unseen force—and over time I learned to embrace the spiritual gifts I’d been given. When I faced fertility struggles, those gifts found purpose: they became the way I translate the unseen, sit with grief and uncertainty, and offer practical, compassionate guidance. I believe these abilities were given to me for a reason, and I now use them to meet you with empathy, clarity, and lived understanding.
My primary spiritual gift is Diagnostic Healing—also known as Intuitive Healing—a unique ability to sense what’s out of alignment on a physical, emotional, and energetic level, offering insight and support to help you understand the why’s, how’s and when’s.

After many miscarriages, unanswered questions from doctors, and two late-term losses, I’ve experienced every possible feeling in the past 14 years. Frustration, fear, anger, jealousy, resentment, sadness, hopelessness, confusion, doubt, negative thinking and isolation. So I get it. I feel you. I was you.
But through it all, I slowly found my way—piece by piece. Through mindfulness, grounding techniques, faith and patience, spiritual practices and creative expression, I found inner peace and trust in the unknown. Along the way, I also began noticing signs and unexplainable experiences that seemed to guide me through the pain, but no one around me could understand them or help me make sense of what I was experiencing. I always knew my timeline to be a mother was later in life. Something always told me “it’s not time yet” but I never understood why or how I knew. I often wished I had someone to walk me through those moments. Someone who could hold space for both the practical and the unseen.
Going through my losses and unexplained infertility changed my life forever in every area. I tried therapy and traditional counselling, but it didn’t give me what I needed; it felt clinical, distant, and somehow missing the deeper, embodied work I was seeking. I wanted someone who could hold the heartbreak and the questions that have no neat answers. Over time I poured myself into meditation, mindfulness and somatic practices — I was doing that work long before it became what it is now— and I discovered how much those practices helped me find steadiness and meaning. When I started to feel better, I knew I wanted to help other women who felt stuck, scared, or uncertain about what comes next. That search led me to holistic counselling — an approach that blends talk therapy with mindfulness, self-care and mind-body-spirit work — and it finally felt like the right home for my lived experience and the way I naturally work. I did also study counselling and psychotherapy but it was not aligning with my vision of how I wanted to support women. I wanted to be the light for others. The light I needed when I was going through my own struggles— someone who can sit with the unknown, steady your nervous system, and help you find your way forward.
For those just finding this space, I’m so sorry you are here but so grateful that we have crossed paths.
Healing happens in the spaces where we feel heard, understood, and connected. In community, we find strength in each other's stories.
Aethera Healing
The name Aethera is inspired by my Greek heritage and Greek mythology. From a young age, I felt drawn to the mystery of the Oracles of Delphi, long before I fully understood their wisdom. In ancient Greece, people would travel great distances to seek the oracles’ guidance, trusting in their ability to listen beyond the physical and reveal truths hidden in the unseen.
In that same spirit, Aether was considered the purest form of air — the divine space between heaven and earth. To me, it represents the unseen forces that connect us, the place where hope, healing, and spirit reside. Just as the ancients looked to the oracles and to Aether for guidance beyond the physical world, I believe in creating a sacred space where women can process grief, restore balance, and realign their journey with clarity and compassion.
Spirituality
When we walk through life’s hardest moments—whether it’s infertility, or any kind of heartbreak—something within us shifts. You may find yourself questioning everything: the meaning of life, what’s next, your purpose, what truly matters, and even the beliefs you once held close. It’s a time when our whole being is tested, and our spirituality often begins to transform.
Over time, through the challenges and losses I faced, my spirituality began to grow and shift. I started noticing signs, dreams, and quiet whispers of guidance that kept me moving forward when I felt most alone. Butterflies, feathers, the sky above—these small but powerful messages became reminders that I was supported, that I wasn’t walking this path without meaning. Along the way, I also began exploring practices like meditation, mindfulness, body movement, sound healing, and aromatherapy. Each of these opened me in new ways, showing me that spirituality isn’t about holding on to just one belief, but about finding what resonates and helps us feel connected, supported, and whole.
Throughout my life, I’ve also experienced many moments that I can only describe as miracles—unexplained experiences that have proven to me that something greater is always watching over us. Whether you call it God, spirit, angels, or guides, I believe we are all protected, that nothing is coincidence, and that everything unfolds with purpose.
As I opened myself to these signs and experiences, I felt drawn to explore more deeply. The more I leaned into this path, the more doors opened, and the more I grew. Being spiritual, in tune, and open to guidance has given me the strength to keep moving forward—not feeling stuck, lost, or consumed by despair, but instead trusting the unknown with faith and hope.
For me, spirituality is not about rules —it’s about listening inward, finding meaning in the unseen, and allowing life to shape us into who we are meant to be. It is what continues to carry me, and what I believe can carry us all, no matter what we face.
